Applications
While Mobil SHC 600 Series are generally compatible with mineral oil based products, admixture may detract from their performance. Consequently it is recommended that before changing a system to one of Mobil SHC 600 Series products, it should be thoroughly cleaned out and flushed to achieve the maximum performance benefits. Mobil SHC 600 Series oils are compatible with most NBR, FKM and most other elastomeric seal materials that are used with mineral oils. There is the potential for substantial variations in the elastomers. For best results, consult your equipment supplier, seal manufacturer, or your local company representative to verify compatibility.Mobil SHC 600 Series lubricants are recommended for use in a wide variety of gear and bearing applications where high or low temperatures are encountered or where operating temperatures or bulk oil temperatures are such that conventional lubricants give unsatisfactory life, or where improved efficiency is desired. They are particularly effective in applications where the maintenance costs of component replacement, system cleaning and lubricant changes are high. EZ-20/30金屬線材扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)是由加載系統(tǒng)、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、單片機(jī)數(shù)字式數(shù)據(jù)采集處理系統(tǒng)及大液晶顯示,適用于對(duì)各類線材的扭轉(zhuǎn)性能測(cè)試。該機(jī)采用臥式結(jié)構(gòu)。液晶屏幕顯示,采用行星擺線針輪減速器傳動(dòng),具有加載均勻、穩(wěn)定、無(wú)沖擊現(xiàn)象、數(shù)據(jù)采集控制準(zhǔn)確的特點(diǎn)。
試驗(yàn)測(cè)試功能: 實(shí)現(xiàn)扭轉(zhuǎn)角度、扭轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)等環(huán)控制。 可設(shè)定試驗(yàn)速度及各種控制參數(shù);可實(shí)時(shí)顯示基本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果以及斷裂時(shí)扭轉(zhuǎn)圈數(shù);光電編碼器采集試樣的扭轉(zhuǎn)角度。整機(jī)低噪音,無(wú)污染,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)免維護(hù)、免保養(yǎng)。

二.方案描述
【主 機(jī)】采用臥式落地結(jié)構(gòu),主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架鑄造結(jié)構(gòu),以保證整機(jī)的剛性。夾具采用三爪卡盤(K11 100)方式,主傳動(dòng)軸采用合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼淬火處理,保證其使用壽命。試樣的安裝、拆卸方便、快捷。整機(jī)低噪音,無(wú)污染,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)免維護(hù)、免保養(yǎng)。
【試件的安裝防護(hù)】試件的安裝部位采用鋼制防護(hù)網(wǎng),防止試件破壞后危及人身安全。
【驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)】由交流伺服控制系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動(dòng)。速度調(diào)節(jié)范圍寬,加載均勻、穩(wěn)定。
【傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)】采用行星擺線針輪減速器傳動(dòng),保證傳動(dòng)的均勻、穩(wěn)定及傳動(dòng)精度。橫向空間200~600mm范圍內(nèi)任意自由移動(dòng)。
【測(cè)量顯示系統(tǒng)】該機(jī)采用光電編碼器采集試樣的扭轉(zhuǎn)角度,高精度旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器測(cè)量試樣的扭轉(zhuǎn)角度(圈數(shù))。液晶屏幕顯示試樣的扭轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)、扭轉(zhuǎn)角度等。
