一、塑料管材劃線器概述:

   縱向回縮率是塑料管材產(chǎn)品性能優(yōu)劣的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。它反映了塑料管材產(chǎn)品在熱影響下管材沿縱向塑性變化的穩(wěn)定性能。它的測定對提高產(chǎn)品在使用過程中對氣溫的變化、日照以及其它熱源影響的承受能力,以及提高產(chǎn)品的使用年限都有著重要的意義。但由于縱向回縮率測定方法的多樣性,我們在檢測當(dāng)中往往由于操作不當(dāng)、或不注意要領(lǐng),從而影響了檢測的準(zhǔn)確度。

   測定熱塑性塑料管材縱向回縮率的試驗(yàn)方法有兩種,一種是在液體中(方法A),另一種是在空氣中(方法B)。是將規(guī)定長度的試樣,置于給定溫度下的加熱介質(zhì)中保持一定的時(shí)間,測量加熱前后試樣標(biāo)線間的距離.以相對原始長度的長度變化百分率來表示管材的縱向回縮率。

   劃線器就是在試樣上劃兩條相距100mm的圓周標(biāo)線,使其一標(biāo)線距任一端至少10mm。符合國標(biāo)GB/T 6671-2001《熱塑性塑料管材縱向回縮率的測定》試驗(yàn)規(guī)程。適用于直徑小于等于400mm的試樣,大于400mm的試樣可做切片試驗(yàn)。

二、塑料管材劃線器技術(shù)參數(shù):

1、劃線距離:100mm(松動(dòng)螺絲可隨意調(diào)節(jié))

2、劃線筆:任意(可是鉛筆、記號筆、油漆筆等)

3、試樣直徑:0-400mm

4、外形尺寸:550×420×250mm

5、重量:15KG

三、塑料管材劃線器試驗(yàn)方法:

1、把劃線器放在合適的試驗(yàn)場所,調(diào)整地腳螺絲使劃線器處于平衡位置不晃動(dòng)。

2、截取試樣使試樣長度為200±20mm,再把試樣放在劃線器的四個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)輪中央。

3、把劃線筆(可是鉛筆、記號筆、油漆筆等)裝在劃線器上面的固定架上面,調(diào)整劃線筆位置,使兩筆處于同一形態(tài),并調(diào)整劃線筆筆尖位置,使兩筆尖之間的距離為100mm(保證兩標(biāo)線間距為100mm)。

4、輕輕轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪,這時(shí)試樣隨轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),試樣轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一圈之后,劃線筆就在試樣上面畫出兩條平行的圓周標(biāo)線。如果標(biāo)線不清楚,可適當(dāng)調(diào)整劃線筆的高度。然后,再反方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪一圈回到開始位置,這時(shí)才能保證調(diào)整后畫出的標(biāo)線與調(diào)整前重合。

選擇同心度測量儀需要確認(rèn)三個(gè)部分:
1、        標(biāo)準(zhǔn)精度和高精度;
2、        旋轉(zhuǎn)工作軸;
3、        量表規(guī)格和其它配件(量表支架、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)杠桿表支架、側(cè)面杠桿表支架、導(dǎo)軌末端支架等)。
操作須知:
1、     請將儀器放置在干燥、清潔的環(huán)境中,不能直接暴露在陽光直射或潮濕的地方,避免高溫和劇烈震動(dòng)。
2、     同軸度測量儀是一種精密儀器,在運(yùn)輸和移動(dòng)過程中,應(yīng)小心輕放,避免沖擊和碰撞。
3、     為了不影響儀器的精確度,應(yīng)使用干凈的軟布或脫脂棉蘸純酒精或?qū)S们逑磩┎潦?ldquo;旋轉(zhuǎn)工作軸”和“導(dǎo)向軸”,避免用手觸摸和直接擦拭。
4、     定期對儀器做防銹、清潔等保養(yǎng)工作,防止酸性(腐蝕性)等物質(zhì)接觸儀器表面。
5、     使用時(shí)儀器應(yīng)水平放置,以防止在測量過程中工件軸向移動(dòng)。
 
使用方法:
1、根據(jù)被測工件大小調(diào)節(jié)“壓輪”高度,使“壓輪”能夠以合適的壓力壓住被測工件。
2、通過“操作手柄”升起“壓輪”,將被測工件放置在“旋轉(zhuǎn)工作軸”上,然后將“壓輪”歸位。
3、調(diào)節(jié)“表架”的高度,并將其移動(dòng),使千分表(百分表)測頭接觸被測工件表面,調(diào)整表盤指針歸零。
4、調(diào)節(jié)“杠桿表”測頭至被測工件合適位置,并使之接觸工件表面,調(diào)整表盤指針歸零。
5、旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況微調(diào)表頭,完成讀數(shù)。
維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)
1、     所有部件都應(yīng)保持清潔,若有細(xì)小灰塵,可用吹氣球吹去,若有油漬或指印,請使用棉紗輕輕抹去。
2、     同軸度測量儀是一種精密儀器,禁止自行拆裝,以防止降低儀器的測量精度或者損壞儀器。
3、     同軸度測量儀不使用時(shí),并用防塵罩蓋好,以避免灰塵;涂上防銹油并貯藏在干燥的地方,以避免生銹。
4、     為保持同軸度測量儀的性能,建議進(jìn)行定期檢查
