■按國標(biāo)要求自動(dòng)控制,顯示雙爐或單爐的加熱溫度,并實(shí)時(shí)顯示要求溫度和電流開度。 自動(dòng)繪制雙爐煤樣的膨脹體積曲線(X)自動(dòng)測到的膠質(zhì)層面上層和下層數(shù)據(jù)后, 自動(dòng)畫出上層和下層膠面曲線并計(jì)算出最大厚度值(Y)。
■自動(dòng)填寫每10分鐘的前后爐的爐溫,在體積或曲線拐點(diǎn)處報(bào)警。提醒化驗(yàn)員進(jìn)行相關(guān)操作。
■自動(dòng)保存每次試驗(yàn)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),可隨時(shí)查詢溫度和曲線,打印試驗(yàn)記錄和試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。
■自診斷功能:在計(jì)算機(jī)上即時(shí)彈出提示窗口,顯示各種故障信息并進(jìn)行聲音報(bào)警。
■通過智能壓力感應(yīng)機(jī)械手代替人工探針,自動(dòng)測量膠質(zhì)層上下部層面的位置, 由計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析和處理,計(jì)算出膠體的最大厚度,即Y值
